We ship to all EU and Schengen countries and selected countries worldwide: Japan, South Korea, USA and Canada. Depending on the country we use various shipping methods. For EU countries, we use tracked parcels which arrive within 7 days and cost 10 EUR.
For deliveries in Poland we offer standard shipping by UPS. More information about shipping and returns on our website.
Order processing time depends on your chosen payment method. Orders paid for by PayPal, card or e-transfer are processed right away. If you choose to pay by a regular transfer, we have to wait until the payment lands in our account before putting your order together.
Our goal is to leave all our customers happy. But if you open your parcel and decide you it isn’t what you expected, we will refund it without a problem. We are also very happy to exchange it for a different size if the item doesn’t fit right. The only condition is that the items show no signs of use.
The prices on our website include the 23% VAT. This means if you are ordering from another EU country, you won’t have to pay anything else. However, if you are ordering from outside of the EU, you might have to pay customs and import duties.
In order to process your order we ask you to provide your name, surname, email, phone number and delivery address. Those details are necessary to get your order to you without a problem and contact you if we have to. We value your privacy as much as value our own and we would never share your details with third parties – other than to process your order (so the post office, UPS).
We process electronic payments using established and popular systems such as Dotpay, Paypal. When you place your order, your payment details (eg. your credit card or account number) are not shared with us directly but are handled securely by the payment system (we do not store and process credit card numbers).
